Terrible Claiming Process
<p>This is the most ridiculous insurance ever. I launched a claim almost 3 months back, till today i haven't got any feedback, everytime i call to enquire, they are in the meetings, you would swear that all the employees are CEO's, they forever in the meetings.. you will waste airtime worth more than the claim trying to get them to resolve your issues. all my claims i have been through same thing. a person who is the contact person will resign, all my claims thats the last update you will get. This is the **** insurance i have ever seen. i wouldn't advise anyone to join this insurance never...</p>
