Tebogo prevailed a good communication skill towards me
Tebogo prevailed a good communication skill towards me. Besides that he managed to clarify all terms and conditions of the policy I've selected in my mother's toung (IsiZulu) without complaining. All in all, it is great houner for me to be accepted again by PMB with lower and affordable premium after multiples of claims I had with them.
