Surprise early claim excess
I used PMD as my first insure back in 2019 - I left and decided to come back last last year. I claimed with them once and the process wasn't painful. However this time around things have changed. I'm now charged a R5000 for claiming early before my 6 months mark. This is something I think should be communicated when you complete the process over the phone an FYI if you like just for me to be aware. Instead I'm shocked when I'm told my excess is over 10k as if that money is just chilling around.
Such a surprise for an old customer after I've been singing their praises on here and with family. I need them to look into this charge it's quite high and unfair.
