Stupid Assessor
Terrible experience with the assessor who only approved certain parts of the quote based on his stupid thinking because he does not think that the rest of the parts quoted for were damaged during the accident…i have never had any accident with my car i have never ever even hit a fly for him to tell me that ****…how were the rest of the parts damaged if not during this accident??? My car is brand new new 2021 model service up to date…who the **** does he think he is to assess nonsense stupid amateur

12 Jan 2023, 11:47 Dear Kay M,
Thank you for your post. It is troubling to hear of your experience as client service is important to us.
Rest assured that our Assessing Team makes every effort to ensure that all vehicle assessments are accurate and reasonable based on the accident damage and according to the policy terms.
Our Market Conduct Team will be in contact with you in providing feedback regarding the matter.
Isn’t it pleasing to know that under comprehensive cover the excess payable when you claim reduces to absolute zero - and in a remarkably short period?
Assuring you of our continued best endeavours.
Kind regards,
The PMD Team
