Hello Jeandre M,

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. We value all input as it helps us improve and better our client service.

At Prime, we are committed to handling claims fairly, keeping clients appropriately informed, and working closely with our repair partners to support safe, high-quality repairs.

While we aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, factors like parts availability and supplier turnaround times can sometimes extend the process. Unfortunately, these external factors aren’t within our control.

Our records show that your claim was approved and your vehicle booked in for repairs, and that the repair timeline has shifted as new information on parts availability has been received from the supplier. The changing expected completion dates are not a cause for alarm but reflect that our teams and the repairer are actively following up with suppliers and updating you as soon as revised information becomes available, and we remain committed to keeping you informed until your vehicle is fully repaired.

Our Market Conduct team has been alerted and will be in contact with you shortly to provide further clarity.

It should be comforting to know that our nationwide panel of SAMBRA-approved repairers ensure that cars receive high-quality repairs and service.

Committed to resolving your concern with care.

Kind regards,
The Prime SA Team
