STILL HAPPY
I have been with Prime since mid 2018 and I have been so at peace with them. I am happy to say that their claim process is easy and effective. Had a claim last year and everything went smooth. although the repairers were sloppy but Prime made sure my car was in the best condition on return. Even today 3rd party recovery is still ongoing, I get updates without having to call and follow up myself.
