Steer Clear of having to deal with PMD @ ALL COSTS!!

So on the 27th Oct 2016 a PMD client drives into my stationary vehicle. Both of us are insured, me being with Auto&General. We follow due process by submitting and supplying all the requested information. Today 29 December 2016 I still have not been compensated nor have my call been returned after leaving several messages by Nonhlanhla Msenga. Note my experience with this women has been nothing but unpleasant. The attitude of she is doing me a favour shines through all comms had in the begining. To the point that I felt I had enough of PMD and will sacrifice my no claims bonus, my risk profile & installment increase by just going to my insurer which I eventually did. Note within 2days I had my vehicle inspected and date of repairs supp****. For some daft reason I decided NO - let them PMD complete what they have started as there client is responsible. So I inform A&G of my intention and carry on as such jut to be called 3 days later by A&G to ask why did i initiate it in the first place if PMD paid me the money - which is a complete and utter lie. This A&G informs PMD told them which again was not the case. So seeing that Nonhlanhla Msenga does not return my calls, I fire off another email with the previously sent documentation which she then responds to 4 days later informing I failed to submit a second form. My question is how was I supposed to know this? Also in the email I requested her to please inform if there were any outstanding documents she would require - her response was "Thank you" During our very first interaction with Nonhlanhla Msenga this also happened where by she failed to supp**** documents, we completed what was given. 2 weeks later I ask if there is any progress she respond by saying I failed to supply the 3rd party docs which was never supp**** but only after the wait. Note then also the email I sent requested she confirm I have not missed anything and yet again she informed ,"NO". So now in access of 2 mnths I am still driving with a dmaged vehicle and still awaiting PMD to return my calls.

Hello Titan__28,
Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. Your unease is of great importance to us as we strive to provide world class service.
After conducting a thorough review of all your interactions with our team members it was found that on each occasion our staff attended to all enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
We have often found that it is due to high excess charged at a Third Party's own Insurer that causes them to claim elsewhere. In light of this we offer our client's zero excess when they claim, which means there is no surprise excess payment when submitting a claim and our clients are not inconvenienced by having to claim from a Third Party Insurer.
Whilst we strive to assist third parties as soon as possible after they had been involved in an accident with one of our policyholders, the validation of our client's claim has to be completed first as previously explained to you.
Nonetheless, we are pleased to report that your claim has been finalised and paid a day or two ago.
Assuring you of our continued best endeavours.
Kind Regards,
The PMD Team.
