Stay away! they will do whatever they can to **** you over

Stay away, they are the worst!

Initially they said my car was written off and they then decided to cancel my insurance. When i called the assessor to find out how they decided this, they said the repairs cost too much and they will pay the retail value of my car.

When I enquired how they acquired this R200 000 plus repair bill they were quiet. I then took a repairer to evaluate the car and the quote was way bellow that. They then said that the car was now repairable and they will let me know.

Two days later they then stated that they were deciding. Two days after that they called and stated it is my fault that the traffic lights were faulty (they did not change). Make that make sense, an accident had happened on the that very road a few hours prior to me being hit. appalling service, will definitely be taking this as high up as i possibly can.
