Some positive in all the negative

After being a member for 8 years horror of all horrors I was a victim of a armed house ******* where they took my watch, phone , wallet and car. I placed a claim and the validation process began, something I could do without but an important part to confirm all the facts, forms to fill in, relevant documents to be e mailed, phone calls, questions, questions, questions, extremely difficult when one does not have a vehicle to get to the bank or SAP's. I lost my cool a number of times and responded by e mail but Marichen van der Walt returned my e mails, phoned me and sent me e mails all the way through, thank you Marichen. It took some time of which I was responsible for some of the delays but did get the e mail that the claim had been approved and payment would be forthcoming and lo and behold this morning my phone gave me the good news, its in the bank. Two weeks ago I went onto hellopeter and checked Prime Meridian and saw their ratings, read a lot of reviews and my heart sank into my shoes but I can only give them five stars and hope this will improve their rating in the future
