So far I haven’t had any problem with my policy, they do call from time to time to check if I’m fully satisfied with their service which I am. I hope that even in future they can continue to operate in this manner obviously it’s beneficial for both parties. I hope one day that they’ll decrease my premiums as well because I’ve never claimed anything and I also pay my premiums on time without any hassle
