Slow response
I called at 1805 for assistance and at 1859 had to waste airtime to call again...a few months ago they did not even send out roadside assistance when my wife and daughter needed assistance. We had to get a family member to tow them ...this was in peak traffic on th N1. Each time it takes hours and many frustrating calls. Today I asked the agent to keep me posted...nothing happened until I called and asked...now suddenly they on their way...it's now 19:06....let's see what happens

20 Oct 2023, 09:15In addition it was never stated that the roadside assistance was limited to 60 km round trip....I want a reduction on my monthly premium to the value of R300 as this was the additional cost.
Also please look at the option of making the rural 100km and city 60.
