Sindi was an amazing rep
Sindi was an amazing rep. She was engaging and practiced active listening. She made sure to understand my insurance needs. I rating the service as 4 stars because while the benefits of the App were highlighted, when I downloaded it....I didn't receive the said OTP so I cannot upload pics via the App to get my 10% discount. I also was meant to receive two policy documents since I got a discounted monthly premium but only received one. The after sales experience fell short of the sales experience
