Since the beginning of my policy I was helped quickly and efficiently by the consultants. I requested a policy that doesn’t increase unnecessarily and they’ve stuck to thier word. I’ve been recently retrenched and the consultant that helped me was so kind to me in this hard time and showed true ubuntu. I requested some items am they have been sent within 5 minutes . I really appreciate the understanding and helpfulness of the consultants
