Since I began my journey with PMD, I have consistently received excellent service. This includes the handling of a submitted claim and the ongoing telephone support for my recent inquiry. Despite the complexity of my situation, the representative who assisted me remained calm and cheerful, even when she had to review claim records to address my concerns. Thank you, PMD. I will always recommend your services.
