Just like to compliment Patrick Mthuthi from client services department.

Patrick assisted me on Wednesday morning at 11:45 at which time he went out of his way to resolved an payment of 3 claims which were overdue for payment. He worked the history of all three claims and most importantly I was helped to resolved my matters using only one telephone call.

I will most certainly look-out for the Proof of Payment for these 3 claims and report back to this platform if PMD can stick to their promises.
