I have been with Prime Meridian since my first car back in 2015. I've always found their processes and services to be understandable and straight forward. I've had 2 major claims with them in the past and in both cases I was satisfied with how the matter was handled and I was covered in full. I find it hard to switch to other insurers because my premiums are low and my cover is proper. I also like how patient their service consultants have been, in most cases I end up having a casual chat while they sort my issues out. Im very satisfied with their service and I don't see myself changing them for another provider.
