Service: ***********

If you could help me understand:

- I am paying for a vehicle that is stuck in Ace Booysen Salvage (your property) from January.
- I have to take a taxi to work everyday & it is very expensive not convenient for me.
- I've paid my insurance premiums every month in full.

Why is it so hard for you guys to deliver?

- Asking me if I was on drugs or taken alcohol? That's an insult.. How many times do I have to answer the same questions? (1st time on 1st contact to apply for claim, 2nd Claim Form, 3rd Accident Scene Form, 4th Telephone Call) I have a case number from Metro, they were there at the accident scene.. Isn't that the whole evidence to proof if \REALLY\" I had an accident & I wasn't on drugs or never taken alcohol?

- I have to call you to get the updates on the claim, why should I push?

- Why do you have to decide where you'll pay for the claim or not? You've written off the vehicle ...
That car is an insurance for my job, if I don't have a car, I might as well go & hunt for another job. I depend on this car.
You escalated my claim to the Management that can't even manage their own department with claims?

Stop saying you \"PRIORITISING\" this claim, give me the FINAL VERDICT."

Hello slv-***y,

We appreciate that being without a car is indeed an ordeal and are pleased to confirm that your claim has been approved as discussed with you on Tuesday.

It is ordinary practise for detailed investigations to be performed into all claims and we assure you this is not intended to create unnecessary delays but is for the protection of all of our honest clients.

You will no doubt rest assured that your recent claim will have no effect on your premiums as our premiums remain fixed for life.

Assuring you of our continued best endeavours.

Kind regards,

The PMD Team
