Service Excelence

<p>Hi, I had a very bad start with the accident claim my wife had with our Ford Focus. I did what I was supposed to do and expected of me but it seemed nothing positive was going to happen. Untill I received a call from a certain Customer Service Agent Roxcal Bacharam I think thats what her surname is. After explaining her everything I could immediately sense we on the same page so to speak. She would explain to me what she will be doing step by step and validate it further with an e-mail just to make sure I have proof on black and white. I was thinking of terminating my policy with PMD but with the Service Excelence I've received from Roxcal I cancelled that idea and give it a second chance.</p> <p>WELL DONE ROXCAL, KEEP UP THE SERVICE EXCELENCE!</p>
