********S TO THE CORE!!

WORST INSURER EVER! My girlfriend got involved in an accident on the 23rd Aug 2023. They NEVER communicate, only when you follow up do they reply. Then they repudiate your claim. They claim that the vehicle was speeding, as per "diagnostic" report and when we asked for that as proof, they gave us the run around, they say we can get the report after 10 to 15 days. I mean if the report was completed, what's so hard about just forwarding those details to us? Just goes to show how much of a **** they are and how much they try to get out of settling a claim for their so called valued clients. DO NOT I SURE WITH THESE ********S, they will do everything in their power to delay the process and frustrate you into just giving up and just fixing your car on your own.
