I am extremely concerned and frustrated with the conflicting information I keep receiving regarding my payment. Initially, I was informed that the payment would be proposed today. Now I am being told it will only be processed on Monday. To make matters worse, I was advised by one agent that the payment cut-off time is 10:00, while the manager, Roxy, is now saying it is 11:00. This lack of consistency is unacceptable and reflects poor communication internally. I am not receiving the level of service or accountability I expect. Roxy has not addressed my concerns properly and has shown little regard for resolving this matter urgently.

Hello Thato T,

Thank you for your post. We know that clear and consistent updates about a payment matter a lot, especially when you're relying on that money, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address this with you.

At Prime, we remain committed to providing clear and aligned information followed by timely action.

Our records show that while your travel allowance claim was approved, the payout may not have occurred as quickly as you would have wanted, and we realise how urgent a quick resolution in matters are where you are left without a car due to the commencement of repair work.  Regarding the inconsistent communication you're referring to, we can appreciate that it would seem as a lack of urgency on our part, especially if you need the money to be paid before the start of the weekend. However, we can confirm that our manager Roxy addressed your concern as best she could to ensure that you were adequately informed of when you could expect to receive payment, taking into account the feasibility of processing payments with our bank before the weekend.

We are very pleased to confirm that your payment was loaded on 29 May 2026 and should already reflect within your account.

Our Market Conduct team has been alerted and is already in contact with you to provide further clarity and answer any lingering questions you may have.

At Prime, we’re committed to making support accessible and convenient. Whether you prefer using the mobile app, sending an email, or making a call, we’re here to help on your terms.

Committed to resolving your concern with care.

Kind Regards,
The Prime SA Team
