Roadside Assistant
I was involved in an accident on the morning of the 25th of Jan 2016. My car was towed to Sandton SMD on the same day in the morning. So I asked Wise-man to tower my car at this address 108 Jeppe Str and he told me that the car needs to be asserted by the insurance so its gonna have to be taken to Sandton SMD. Now Naledi from Claim Department tells me that the storage needs to be paid for and asked by who because i didn't ask for my car to be taken there instead I was advanced my Wise-man. Now car i do not know whether my car is safe or not where it is...

We were quite surprised to receive your concern hereunder regarding the towing of your vehicle.
As you are aware at the time of your incident you believed the damage to vehicle was as a result of a mechanical breakdown. However upon further investigation it was revealed that your vehicle had been damaged as a result of an accident.
Nevertheless, it is ordinary practise for your vehicle to be towed to a facility where it can be assessed. Furthermore our records indicate that you were informed shortly after the assessment of your vehicle that it could be uplifted.
Whilst we understand incidents such as these never occur at a convenient time we are glad that we could provide you with the prompt assistance in your time of need.
