road side assistance (jump start)

I called PMD for side assist on the 19/02/2015 at about 18:22 and spoke to Megan. I only needed to be jump started as my battery was low and I was kept on hold for sometime while she was confirming my details eventually she came back and told me that they will not be able to assist me because there is a pending payment which may mean that I am not update with my payments or the policy was cancelled. I however confirmed with her that I did not cancel my policy and I am update with my payments.<br> <br> What shocked me was that I called in on the 16th of January for the same problem and I got help with no hassle and my argument was, why and how was I assisted in less than 30 minutes. If I have been paying and not getting help and no one can explain logically to me then I am not getting the service I am paying for. Since Megan could not help me I then asked to speak to her supervisor or manager and he could not come and speak to me.<br> <br> I concluded that the pending status could have meant that the February debit order must still go through and my debit order date is the 21st of every month however I have been paying the previous months without any problems. I am not happy with the service.
