RIDICULOUS INSURANCE EVER.
THIS INSURANCE IS ****EN REDICULIOUS AND THEIR AIM TO MAKE MONEY FROM CLIENT'S AND NOT HELP PEOPLE WHEN ATHEY ARE IN NEED....ONE THING A FRIEND TOLD ME PRIOR I TOOK COVER IS THAT THIS INSURANCE WILL ALWAYS MAKE SURE ONCE YOU ARE INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT THEY WILL MAKE THE MEANS TO REJECT YOUR CLAIM ..1. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM SINCE 2018 AND THEY REJECTED MY 1ST CLAIM IN 2019 AND I WAS INVOLVED IN ACCIDENT RECENTLY 2024/12/05 ,THEY REJECTED MY CLAIM AND TELL ME THAT BASED ON THE ONTERVIEW THEY RECEIVED FROM THE OTHER DRIEVER I WAS WRONG AND THEY TOOK MY VEHICLE FROM THE SCENE WHILE I WAS UNCONCIOUS AND THEY TOOK IT TO GO-BID AUCTIONEERS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND NOW THEY REJECTED MY CLAIM SAYING I DID NOT STOP ON THE STOP SIGN AND FOR ME TO GET MY VEHICLE ALSO I HAVE TO PAY R4200 ...FOR ****EN WHAT ? YOU REFUSE TO FIX MY CAR AND NOW U WANT TO MAKE MONEY FROM ME ALSO FOR TAKING MY CAR TO FIX IT MYSELF ....
THIS IS REDICULOUS I URGE EVERYONE WHO IS WITH PMD TO CANCEL THEIR INSURANCE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THERE TO HELP US WHEN WE ARE IN NEED.
