Reliable, smooth,convenient and swift communication

I have been insured with PMD for about 18 months now, I am only writing this to say I have confident in them, I haven't had to claim or anything yes ,but whenever I have a question I would ask them for a call back on FB and they will reply in minutes and give me a call back soon after that. I have been experiencing problems with my app, I couldn't download my schedule on the app yesterday, it was around 16h30, I inboxes them on Facebook, then withing 2 minutes they rep**** and an agent called me and forwarded me my policy schedule. This shows that when it comes to claims, they are gonna be as quick ( well I hope) but so far yea, communication is smooth and swift.
