Reliable Insurer

<p>I would like to give a great compliment to Prime Meridian Insurance and staff. I have been with the company from 2014 up to date . I had a small accident and was not even sure if it will be covered as it was not involving another car. Anyway I decided to call my insurer and lodge a claim . The process was painless AS I was not required to refax info or sent from pillar to post . Eventually a claims technician was appointed to me who explained the process to me.</p> <p>Due to the festive season it took longer because certain partners were closed for holidays which is understandable . I must say the service was exceptional as I didn’t have to call for an update instead I got sms more than one in a day and emails informing me of the process ,which stage the claim is at and all the necessary info . To be honest I have never claimed for anything before so I didn’t expect the process to be so painless I was quite impressed as I have heard a lot of unpleasant stories about insurance companies ,this was definitely not my story . To cut the story short my claim was approved within a reasonable time </p> <p>My story to tell is of exceptional customer service , well trained staff ,friendly staff and patient . </p> <p>Thank you Roxcal Bacharam for such great service and making my life so easy ,I know couple times you couldn’t get hold of me but you still kept on trying patiently until you eventually did . </p> <p>Thank you Prime Meridian for being such a reliable Insurer.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
