rejected valid claims
Hi we take insurance with believe that on case of unforseen event you rest assured you be covered but i be honest please guys mi experience wil PMD left me with situation have no answer for and don't fall fot their advert. in November 2024 had an serious accident thank God he saved me. it was two lane road one going down on left other up coming traffic lane to right im on left lane one drunk driver came straight to me as get closer he kept caming i then tried to avoid him towards right lane as i did that i think he realized that he was on wrong lane he drove straight to me. i survived car got damaged badly on left and his on front. beer bottles all over his car. i call insurance i we went to police station with guy in his drunk state. i then send claim to insurance they rejected me saying i drove to his lane and crossed solid lines. my question is i was supposed to risk mi life and die on road and stay on my lane and drive straight to drunk driver. they not even looking to issue that other driver was in influence of alcohol there even witnesses cells numbers we provided they say an expert who was really not even there and has made incorrect finding is saying i drove to other driver. photos i provide evn little child cansee the other driver direction of car is frm mi lane how so then that mi car get dameged on left and his on front if i went straight to him. now they evn say i have to pay towing fees R4800. so im being punished for saving mi life just for road marking evn if its light strengthening. Guys please please think before you decide to choose this insurance and if you already wilh them just know you must be perfect on road evn if it's your life at risk

14 Jan 2025, 23:51Don't be fooled by adverts all app features wait till you have serious major issues or claim. No one pays attention to you query neither do they call to obtain all information before they take decisions. they will find any means any reason to reject your claim. Im sure all good reviews here 90% aren't for major accidents claims

I took comprehensive insurance and even now premiums are debited in my bank account but at same time im been denied service i'm currently paying for, really this needs to be exposed to general public. its really concerning that you have evedince provided which confirm my statement which youignoring because won't fit the dired narrative so can avoid paying and there witnesses records you have plus police report even third party admit to police he was one wrong but all that get ignored and some expert who was not even there never came 25 days after accident to scene that his version is taken because his version usedas shield insurance not to pay, off course he did that because he wants business. he doesn't care about consequences of his lake of diligence so he can investigate come up with objectives true findings Now i must try and prove real truth for what happened against someone who has made huge mistake, did this expert interviewed parties concerned answers is big NO, did he find accident report of other car answer is NO how then he comes with an objective, accurate finding.
