Rejected claim
They rejected my claim after 8 years without claiming, their reject doesn't even make sense, after rejecting my claim I must still pay for storage when they are the ones who took my car to that storage 😡😡😡

Thank you for taking the time to raise your discontent regarding the outcome of your claim and the towing fees you need to pay to have your car released to you.
At PMD, we take immense pride in ensuring that fair outcomes are reached on all claims. It is for this reason that we use independent evidence during the validation process. Whilst it is true that the purpose of insurance is to protect one in the event of an accident, it is also true that such cover is only provided within the terms and conditions of your policy. Where the speed limit of the road has been exceeded, we cannot approve the claim.
It is further essential to note that when policyholders do not collect their vehicles following a rejected claim within a reasonable time, the storage facility will continue to charge daily storage rates.
