rejected claim
MY HUSBAND HAD A CAR ACCIDENT IN SEPTEMBER LAST YEAR AND IT TOOK 4 MONTHS FOR THIS INSURANCE COMPANY TO GIVE US FEEDBACK. THEY REJECTED THE CLAIM AND MADE US PAY FOR THE STORAGE FEES SITING REASONS THAT ONE REAR TYRE WAS WORN OUT. THIS INSURANCE IS JUST NONSENSE.

We regret to learn of your dissatisfaction with the outcome of your claim.
As you know, an analysis of the condition of the insured vehicle's tyres revealed that they were worn well below the legal limit. The wet weather conditions at the time of the accident combined with the worn tyres resulted in an otherwise avoidable loss of control.
As a result of the above, the claim was unfortunately not approved and therefore does not qualify for any storage costs incurred. We have however, taken the initiative to negotiate on your behalf a material reduction in the amount payable.
