Rejected Claim

It's been a few months since they rejected my claim without a valid reason. Still paying for the car they've written off and I had to get another one, which meant more debt for me since PMD rejected my claim. I see people giving them 5 stars and as I go through those reviews, all I see are clients who made minor claims. Well wait till you get into a serious accident and you'll see that they will reject your claim. They claim to investigate the matter then promise to send an inspector with you to the accident scene, but that doesn't even happen. Next thing they'll call you telling you that your claim has been rejected. I even had to pay storage from my own pocket to pick up my car after they rejected the claim. I don't see the need for insurance now because it's really pointless. I mean you pay your monthly premiums to avoid such stress when you experience problems but the stress hits you 10X more because they ask you questions as if you killed someone. They ask you to draw different things after asking, they ask for countless documents but when it's time to proceed with other stages of the investigation, they call and claim to have used information from a satallite or something like that. Well to people who will read this review. It's up to you when deciding on insurance but please make a wise decision. I'm still suffering the consequences of choosing the wrong insurance company now because I was paying them monthly but now I'm paying for 2 cars. One I'm not even driving.
