Refusing to payout a claim based on suspicions!!
They are refusing to pay for my car that they said they will write off, I have them the settlement letter that they asked for the. Later decided they are not going to pay
They say they suspect the car was used for commercial use all of the sudden with no proof. They say they made this conclusion because I have a PDP which I had even before I joined the insurance which I made it for better job opportunities and at home we also have a 7 seater owned by my father which I sometimes use
They saying my mileage quickly increased after I left my job which i explained to them that now I am using the car more than the time I was employed, I’m now actively visiting different employers and visiting family more often
They made an arrangement with a towing company for them to keep the car now I’m being told that I must settle that amount owed how?
