Refusing to pay legitimate claims
Worst insurance company when it comes to paying your claim. They make up things just to avoid paying your claim. They refused to pay me out for my written off car sighting that I had exceeded the speed limit, however according to my Trip Report from Netstar, my car was driving at normal legal speed. I am taking this up with the ombudsman
