REFUSED TO FIX THE CAR INSPITE PAYING FOR YEARS, FIRST TIME CLAIMING
REFUSED TO FIX THE CAR AFTER YEARS OF PAYING AND NEVER CLAIMED BEFORE I used to think this is the best insurance until I clamed. They found every excuse not to fix the car in spite of paying for so many years. they are not reliable at all. Run from this insurance, in the day of a serious claim, they will come up with all kinds of excuses not to pay out even if you have been a loyal customer. NOT A USEFUL INSURANCE, taking money so fast but refusing to pay.
I would give zero stars if it was available. TERRIBLE. CHANGE BEFORE REAL DANGER COMES AND YOU WILL BE LEFT STRANDED. I REGRET EVER CHOOSING THEM.

24 Apr 2026, 18:18Hello Khangwelo K,
Thank you for your post.
At Prime, we pride ourselves on our claims validation process and we acknowledge that our process is heavily reliant on our policyholders providing us with accurate information regarding the circumstances around their claims.
According to our records, a comprehensive investigation was done on the accident that you reported happened on 7 March 2026 and it revealed that the damage sustained to the car was not consistent with damage caused by a theft, but rather an accident. As such, without a true account of the events, we were not able to approve the claim. We understand this outcome may be disappointing; however, it is important when claiming to provide a truthful and descriptive account of events.
Our Market Conduct department had already provided you with a detailed explanation of the decision made and why the decision cannot be changed.
At Prime, we’re committed to making support accessible and convenient. Whether you prefer using the mobile app, sending an email, or making a call, we’re here to help, on your terms.
Committed to resolving your concern with care.
Kind regards,
The Prime SA Team

28 Apr 2026, 12:26The report was provided to show exactly what happened, detailing what has taken place on the day of the incident. you have however chosen not to believe it and given that there are no cameras at the graveyard, there cannot be video footage. Its alight, since you have chosen not to approve our claim after all these years of paying for incidences such as these and you make a decision not to fix our cars, we will have to move on.
