Refund on towing expense

I am pleased to say that Jana Zaaiman at PMD has assisted patiently with my complaint of 27 May where I had to cover towing on my car which PMD declined at the time. <br> <br> She has been very helpful and informed me of all activity regarding my complaint. I greatly appreciate her commitment in helping me till the end. I had been refunded in full for the costs I had to cover.<br> <br> Although my car has been damaged after the towing took place, I am still unsettled as I had to fork out extra costs to get it repaired and sprayed. So I dread the day I actually called for assistance. <br> <br> Jana has reminded me that there still is excellent customer service around and I would like to thank her and her team for assisting with the much needed refund!<br> <br> Well done Jana!
