Recovery not Paid

I was involved in an accident in May this year where I was not at fault and my insurance PMD promised to reimburse my access fee after everything is been done. My car got fixed, I am still waiting for recovery. When I call my insurance and ask how far are they with my recoveries they me that santam is investigating the claim, apparently the truck involved is with Santam.They promised to give me updates but until today they never call me nor sending me an email to give me any update. They will call to remind me to pay and when I ask about recovery they say this is different department.

PMD third party department will be downfall of PMD, while other departments are doing great job...
