<p>At first I was sceptical that prime meridian would honour their promises in the event of me needing them. This was due to previous nasty experiences from other insurance companies. However,I was pleasantly surprised by Roxcal Becharam who constantly kept me updated on the entire process required for my claim in a clear,concise and pleasant manner. She was extremely patient of my many questions when I did not understand something.
