Prolonged waiting period
I'm not happy with their waiting period on claims, in the beginning of the claim you call them for an update they will tell you with confidence that the process takes 10-15 working days. Well they will never call to update you within that waiting period and the waiting period of 15 working days in my case was reached and guess what it was on a Friday and I'm told I'll get the final feedback on Wednesday another 3days more including weekend guys I'm not happy at all even with their reason nje no this is not acceptable. Is like they operate on 1 manager that they keep waiting for to approve anything and the suntum issue makes things worse.

We are pleased to re-confirm that unlike with many other insurers, with Prime SA the excess payable when you claim under comprehensive cover reduces to absolute zero - and in a remarkably short period of time.
