PMD (Samantha - 3rd Party Litigation Team) assisted me with the recovery of excess monies from another party. She managed to obtain my excess money from them and always kept me abreast of development. It was not a easy road as the other Insurance company were unresponsive with their replies. She however persevered and even contacted Legal services to deal with the matter concern. Follow-up was regularly done.
