PRIMEDIUM DIRECT INSURER A TOTAl *******

This insurance company is a total *******.aThey find all the excuses in the book not to pay out …you think you they are reasonable with premiums but they totally rip you off when you submit a claim My car was flooded during the floods luckily I managed to jump off the car and they found all the excuses not to pay out ..They say ‘I never practise due care’ when the water was flooding my car lol.How do I control a flood for gods sake I payed this ensurer for 3 years without claiming and now when I need them the most they refuse to pay out and now even they even claiming that I need to pay a ridiculous amount of my own pocket for storage..they don’t want to pay out a cent.These people totally suck 👎👎👎 So if you considering to take out an insurance with them …think again please ..rather pay a bit extra and be rest assured when submitting a claim
