Prime South headache and financial losses

I was hit by another car and my car was sent to a bodyshop for repairs. The trauma starts when I requested the car hire which they chose a company that doesn't have many branches across the country and I have to find my way from where I wad spending my own money to go get the hired car. Then comes the parts headache and sleepless nights where they opted to buy and send the parts themselves and courier then to the bodyshop , not only the parts got delayed without any reason or communication at all to top that off, the parts are not OEM and the color is not matching with the car while they didn't even approve the paint job for supp**** parts. The service is poor, they keep escalating my complaints with no feedback. Now I am left with few days to take the hired car back and my car is still not ready because of the delay from the insurance side due to poor and laziness of the parts department. Now the light has to go back and will take another 3 weeks to be sorted and that time will be having no transport to go to work to pay for the very same insurance that is abusing me mentally and financially. The price difference from what the bodyshop has quoted and what the insurance has supp**** is ridiculous Bodyshop headlamp R8545 vs insurance R7980 = difference R565 which is none OEM you can see it is a cheap part Bodyshop bumper spoiler R6185 vs insurance R5985 (R7185 plus paint) = difference -R1000 with different paint. Insurance has spent R435 more causing more unnecessary delays and adding cost to me because while waiting for them drinking expensive tea I have to take back the hired car.
