Prime South Africa: The Worst Insurance Experience Ever!

People should stay far, far away from Prime South Africa Insurance! They'll leave you high and dry, with no car and no support.

I was involved in an accident where another driver recklessly entered the road with hazard lights on, and I couldn't avoid hitting them. Simple case, right? Wrong! Prime SA's investigators decided to dispute the facts, claiming I was speeding at 148km/h (I was actually 120km/h or less!). Despite this, they've denied my claim and have held my car hostage for 6 months.

Now, they want me to pay R7000 for them to release my own car(which weren't even in my contract 🤯) and they are also charging me for storage fees just to get my own car back. Unbelievable! This is highway *******, Prime SA!

I demand my car back, and I refuse to pay for storage. Fix this, Prime SA, or face the consequences!

Update: Still waiting for a response from Prime SA. Will update when they finally decide to do the right thing.
