Prime South Africa , sister company to Santam is a worst of all insurances. They sure people in so that they can gain by not paying claims

I was driving in the Timgaat road when my car hit the pothole, my Tyre blew and the car lost balance. The car went just over the barrier line bumping into the side of another vehicle. I lost complete control. The car went straight to the bush and hit the trees. The accident was so bad that people thought we didn't make it. Fortunately God came through for me and my passengers.

I reported the accident to Prime SA, they seemed to be caring and supportive and took my car to their storage. After a long process they told me my claim invalid and rejected because I drove over the barrier line😭 How can one control a car with with a blown tyer?

That was not all, they told me I should pay release fee of R4200 then a week later they said the actual amount is R5572.

I cried and asked them, guys I have been with you since 2022 and when ever I tried leaving you you reduced the premium, did you do that just to gain and be useless to me like you are now.

All their consultants are trained on how to be crule and how to finish a person while they are done and out.

Just today they told me that because my claim was rejected, I am also liable to pay for repairs of the 3rd party. I mean I paid all these years for what exactly 😮💨
