Prime South Africa is the best!!!! We had our previous car insured by Prime. In July we were in an accident 😔 and our car was written off. It was my first time ever where I had to claim from insurance, so I didn't have much knowledge of the process. Once I called Prime , whoever I spoke to put me at ease. They explained everything concerning the claim process. I was always kept informed. My claim was successful and prime paid off my car and I was so relieved 😅. We recently got a new car and you know for sure who was the first company I called for my insurance cover, that's right Prime South Africa!!!!
