Prime South Africa has great service, and according to me, it can't even be improved I logged my claim at night on the app without any difficulty . The next morning, they phoned me to approve the claim, and 1 hour afterward, the repair company phoned me for arrangements to fix my vehicle .They really do have great service and are very friendly and helpful
