PRIME SOUTH AFRICA FALSE ADVERTISING

Submitted a 3rd Party claim and a claim for a bumper bash. My own vehilces claim took 1 day to be approved and went to the panelbeaters and was fixed.

My issue is with the 3rd party claim. It was submitted two weeks ago. The claim wasnt even assessed yet its still waiting on a assessor to evaluate the claim. I dont understand how a 3rd party claim can take this long. And the other issue is I keep on phoning them and requesting answers and the only response I get is that someone will contact me in 48 hrs. This is a very big inconvenience and none of this were mentioned in the contract when I signed on for this insurance.
