Prime South Africa Car Insurance is the best!

I was with another insurer with an excess of R6950. After having an accident (fender bender) and even though I sent the pictures of the damage they still caused a delay because the assesser only told the panelbeater about the damaged fender and that was replaced. Once the panelbeater, which was amazing saw the actual damage and the crack in the bumper they advised it had to be replaced as well and even though I had arranged for it to be in the school holidays because I need the car for the kids, it caused a delay and loss of money. So I complained and they didn't care or do anything except say sorry. I found out about Prime and left my previous insurer for Prime with a better premium of R906.28 and reducing excess of R3000. I really appreciate Prime as the average South African earns less than R5000 and so many insurance company do not care about that. Thank you Prime for thinking of us!
