Prime South Africa cancellation horror
I joined prime South Africa late last year, I insured my car with them but the access fee was way too high i was quoted R15000 access fee for claims then I got an offer from pineapple and the quote I got was way better now 2025 when I am trying to cancel the insurance policy, when I call they keep on making me wait, after waiting they are telling me the lines are busy they will call back and it has been two weeks now i get the same response.
When I get through the cancelation department they are telling me to drop the call they will call me back now now which they never do. Called them for 4 times and they respond the same time and time again
If there's anything who is about to take an insurance policy with Prime South Africa i advice you to think twice.
This means if you are claiming you will go through hell
