Prime SA is the Worst insurance company
If there was Zero i was going to Tick it. I had an incident on the 30th of june, My car caught fire while i was driving and reported it immediately. They came and towed the car to a gobid facility. They called to let me know that the car is written off and they want the settlement later from the bank. After a week they call and tell me that they can not cover the car because the fire was not natural and i have to go pay R7000 to take my car from the facility. I had bought the car 7 month ago and I've been paying them every month since then. I still had warantee on the vehicle but they say insurance is the one that covers in these instances
