Prime SA is a bad ****mer. If you want peace of mind, stay away from them

after I submitted a claim due to being crashed on my right side of the fender and a broken mirror the claim got approved in less than 3 days, it has been a nightmare after that, the consulants keep on lying and making empty promises that they will send authorisation to the service provider to be able to fix my car. its been more than a week I keep getting the same info that the authorisation will be sent before the end of business. actually, thinking of just fixing the car myself and move to another insurance. These guys don't even follow up, and you have to constantly keep on calling them and one of them just dropped the call on my ear. Such useless bunch of holes, wearing their assholes on their mouth.
