Prime SA Claim Left My Car With Dashboard Error: ‘Please Check Right Daytime Running Lights’

I am very disappointed with how my claim was handled by Prime SA. After my vehicle was repaired, I discovered that generic headlights had been fitted instead of original manufacturer parts. As a result, my car is now displaying an error message that says: “Please check right daytime running lights.” This issue never existed before the repair.

When I raised this concern, the panel beater told me that if I wanted it fixed, I would need to pay for it myself. This is completely unacceptable, especially since I pay my monthly car insurance premiums precisely so that proper and reliable repairs are covered.

Fitting generic parts not only affects my vehicle’s performance but also compromises its safety. I trusted Prime SA to restore my car correctly after the claim, but instead I have been left with errors, additional costs, and frustration. I urge Prime SA to take accountability and resolve this matter, as clients deserve better quality and transparency.
