Prime Motor CoverGROW
This cover is a trap.
My Wife got into a minor accident and the claim process at first seemed to be going fantastic until, they had to release the money for repairs.
1. They wanted me to take the car or the quote(done by their inspector) to their 'preferred' repairers 2. Their so called preferred repairers don't want anything to do with PMD 3. Now I am stuck with a damaged car which will eventually force me to fix myself because of their so called Claim Process / Procedure.

28 Jan 2019, 15:06Dear Mafeta M,
Thank you for bringing your discontent to our attention, we understand how trying it can be to be without your vehicle.
One of the unique benefits that we provide to our clients is the freedom to choose whichever approved repairer is most convenient for them to commence with the required repairs. We have found that making use of an accredited repairer is of tremendous importance as our policyholder’s safety and satisfaction is vital to the successful finalisation of a claim. Our Assessment Team will provide you with the details of approved panelbeaters willing to work with us.
A review of the matter confirmed that we have attempted to assist you by providing three different options which would allow your vehicle to be repaired in the way you have requested. Once you have selected a repairer, we will be able to communicate directly with them and ensure that your vehicle is repaired to the highest standard.
You can rest assured knowing that we do not charge any excess and your premiums will not increase as result of your recent claim.
Assuring you of our continued best endeavours on your behalf.
Kind regards,
The PMD Team
